about
Originally from Toronto, ON 🇨🇦, I studied Biochemistry and Human Biology at the University of Toronto, where I served as Chapter President of Phi Kappa Sigma International Fraternity and as a senior analyst for the Engineering Finance Association. Medicine was on the table early on, but technology kept pulling harder. I’d been building computers, playing video games, and tinkering with code my whole life, and a technical project management internship at an adtech company made the direction clear.
That was nearly a decade ago. Since then I’ve built a career as a Technical Program Manager delivering complex, revenue-critical software programs across global, high-stakes environments. I’m a PMP with experience spanning ML delivery, cloud migrations, platform launches, and PMO buildouts, partnering with executives, product, and engineering leaders to turn ambiguous business needs into shipped outcomes. During COVID I relocated to Pittsburgh, PA 🇺🇸 to build a Technical PMO at Basis Technologies from scratch, hiring and scaling a team of six TPMs while directing enterprise-wide initiatives including a MySQL-to-Snowflake migration and multiple ML optimization programs. Most recently at Ticketmaster, I governed delivery across 11 concurrent technology programs for five Live Nation portfolio companies, drove the first Apple Wallet Pass 2.0 festival deployment in North America, and helped architect the organization’s AI Program Management policy.
My style is Lean. I focus on understanding the problem before reaching for a solution, and I’m a firm believer in the Pareto Principle, finding the 20% of effort that drives 80% of outcomes. I’m always asking: what’s the minimum viable process to get us there? As a people manager, I try to operate as a servant leader, staying close to what my team is actually dealing with day to day.
I’m currently open to new opportunities in program management, strategy, and operations. If you think there’s a fit, reach out on LinkedIn or via email. I’d love to connect.
